A week after Russian President Putin thanked US President Trump and the CIA for their warnings about a possible terror attack in St.Petersburg, TASS reports that an explosion in a storage locker in a busy supermarket in St. Petersburg has left 10 injured.
UPDATE: Looking for maximum lethality
Russia’s investigative committee said a device containing 200 grams of explosives had gone off at a storage area for customers’ bags. It said the device had been rigged with shrapnel to cause more injuries.
